New Open access agreement with Springer Nature


Starting from July 15, 2019, Umeå University researchers can publish open access at no cost to the author in Springer Nature Fully Open Access Journals.

First come, first served: Open access discounts when publishing with Oxford University Press


An agreement with Oxford University Press gives Swedish researchers the opportunity to publish with open access in hybrid journals without having to pay a publication fee (APC). Researchers at Umeå university are covered by the agreement. The agreement only covers a limited number of publications on a first come, first served basis.
