Writing a research proposal

This is the first workshop in the series, Orchestrating your thesis.

This workshop will cover the sections and their purpose in a research proposal. Participants will have time to work with their own proposals whether it be at a brainstorming stage, developing different sections, or examining the quality of writing. 

Deadline for signing up is 5 pm Monday, January 21. The workshop is limited to 16 participants. If the workshop is full, you may send an e-mail to the Academic Resource Centre and ask that your name go on the reserve list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified by e-mail.

Students must be prepared to bring and work with their own material in the workshops. Activities in the workshops will be carried out as a whole group, in small groups/pairs, or individually.
