Most of the materials in the University Library (UB) stacks you may pick up yourself. 

Exceptions

- Items in the collection - Closed stack - and items with a call number beginning with Per F.
- Items in the special collections

Order from the Stacks 

- Search for the item in Album and click "order". Or...
- Contact the staff at the Information desk.

No requests may be made for open shelf literature. You are to get those items yourself and borrow them in our self-service check-out units.

Materials which may be checked out are placed on the pick up shelf, while materials that are for in-library use should be picked up at the Information Desk. They will be held there for 3 days.
