Booking Information

The reservation needs to be confirmed, by the one how booked or an attendee – as the earliest 30 minutes before and as the latest 15 minutes after the booking has begun. If the reservation is not confirmed, the group study room will automatically become vacant 15 minutes after the booked slot has started. Bookings made 30 minutes before or after the booking slot has started doesn't need to be confirmed.

  • The group study rooms are unlocked.
  • The library is not responsible for lost items in these rooms.
  • The library does not accept reservations made by phone.
  • We care about your privacy. That's why only you can see which reservations you may have.

How to make a reservation

  1. Choose a date at the top of the page
  2. Use the filter to choose location, equipment and the number of people
  3. Mark the time you want to book in the schedule and click on "Reserve"
  4. Use your Umu-ID to sign in
  5. Add an attendee with their Umu-ID, or skip this step*
  6. Click on “finish”

*Attendee - Each resource needs to be confirmed by you or the attendee. An attendee can confirm, but not cancel a reservation. Adding a person as an attendee does not affect their ability to book another resource the same day.

Confirm reservation

  1. Use the link “My bookings” – here you can see all of your reservations
  2. Confirm your reservation – as the earliest 30 minutes before and as the latest 15 minutes after the booking has begun. This can also be done by the attendee added by the Umu-id

Cancel reservation

  1. Click on the link "My bookings" - here you can see all of your reservations
  2. Click on "Cancel" if you want to cancel your reservation

How to make a reservation with a smartphone

  1. Click on each category to choose location, date, time, equipment and number of people (location and equipment are optional)
  2. Click "search"
  3. Click on the group study room you wish to reserce
  4. Log in with your Umu-id
  5. Add a attendee with their Umu-ID, or skip this step*
  6. Click "confirm reservation"

*Attendee - Each resource needs to bee confirmed by you or the attendee. A attendee can confirm, not cancel a reservation. Adding a person as an attendee does not affect their ability to book another resource the same day.
