• Record your own lectures (there is also seating for a small audience, around 8-10 people)

Anyone with an CAS account may book and use UB Presentation Studio:

• Students at Umeå University
• Staff at Umeå University

How do you get started?

• Book UB Presentation Studio via our website: www.ub.umu.se/en/booking
• Booking time is a maximum of 2 hours
• Obtain the keycard etc. at the Information Desk
• UB Presentation Studio is located on the 3rd floor

How does it work?

Log in using your CAS account and select the type of recording you want to do. There are four different types to choose from:

• Recording with video camera + audio
• Recording with video camera + recording of computer screen + audio
• Recording of computer screen + audio
• Recording of audio

When production of the files is completed, links to the recording will be sent to your e-mail and you may save them on your own computer. The files are available via the link for 2 weeks, then they will be removed from the library server.
